We warmly welcome you to "Waterway Getaway"! Relax at this beautiful 3 bed/2 bath waterway getaway in the Arrowhead Golf Course
Community on the Intracoastal Waterway! Watch the boats sail by from the screened in porch and take in the Myrtle Beach sunrises and sunsets. Enjoy golfing, pool, and nearby lake. Fully stocked kitchen with all you would need. The condo is conveniently located on the first floor, making the walk to the pool an absolute breeze. There is even a desk in case someone needs to work (though we hope there's no work on vacation)! You will be provided with all bedding and bath towels for your stay. Centrally located and convenient to restaurants, shopping, airport, entertainment, and the beach!
The front row seat view of the intercoastal waterway is breathtaking, and with an amazing screened-in patio, many mornings and evenings may be enjoyed taking in the spectacular views. River Walk condos are located within the Arrowhead Golf Club community, only mere minutes away. The amenities include a pool, hot tub, BBQ grilling, boat dock, tennis court and walking trails.
With close proximity to Highways 501, and 31, River Walk II is a short driving distance from everywhere, including beaches, Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing, and all of the attractions, shopping, and dining which make Myrtle Beach world famous. Join us, and experience vacationing at its very finest.
NOTE: The minimum age requirement is 24 years old. This community does NOT tolerate any parties, excessive noise, and violators can be fined and asked to vacate without refund. Please note, this property does not allow motorcycles, atvs, boats, trailers, slingshots, and other motorized vehicles of this type.

This place was so great! My family and I had a wonderful time at this place for my mom’s birthday !IMS’s communication was Great! They went above and beyond! We are so grateful for them and this place!The pictures don’t do the place justice! It was so beautiful, peaceful and clean! We were so happyand it was in a great location! The screened in porch overlooking the inter-coastal waterway is a great place to sit and read or havecoffee. It’s also nice at night. The view from the master bedroom is also amazing. The common areais spacious. Nice, quiet neighborhood if you want to take a walk. We were visiting our daughter forParents Weekend at Coastal Carolina - about a 20 min drive away.

The place was clean and the location was only 15 minutes from the beach. IMS was an amazing host!We were there during hurricane Debbie and got wet... a lot. Since the dryer was broken, IMS madeaccommodations for us that suited our family and we enjoyed ourselves. IMS was very helpful when anything was needed. They helped fix the parking issues. The place was spotless and smell nice. The sunroom is great places to relax and look at the water. I will definitely stayhere again and there were spices in the cabinets.

Me and my family stayed here for 4 nights and had a wonderful stay! Everything was cleanand very accessible. We loved relaxing by the pool and taking walks around the neighborhood! Integrity Management Systemswere even nice enough to provide us with a pack and play and a height chair for our baby! We willdefinitely stay again next time we go back to Myrtle Beach!

IMS was a great host. The location was on the river, and beach was short drive. Lots of greatrestaurants and things to do in surrounding area.
