Welcome to the highly sought after Kingston Plantation, in the heart of Myrtle Beach. Cumberland By The Sea is in the Cumberland Terrace community in Kingston, and offers perfect townhouse living in a spacious 3 bedroom (the third bedroom is a loft) / 2 bathroom townhouse. The property is pristinely furnished and decorated, and perfect in all areas for our fabulous guests. The kitchen is fully stocked, with all the necessary amenities our guests should expect. The two downstairs bedrooms boast their own private patio, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee and breakfast, or a scenic candlelight dinner.

Cumberland By The Sea is a short walk to the beach, and the Cumberland Terrace community has a wonderful swimming pool available for our guests. The Kingston Plantation community has a 24 hour guard gate at the entrance, so this is one of the safest communities in the Grand Strand area.
Vacationers flock to this area annually, by the hundreds of thousands. Conveniently located just minutes from Tanger Outlets and a Wal-Mart Supercenter, everything you will need is less than a 5 minute car ride away. Additionally, due to immediate access to highways 17 and 31, all of the best destinations in the greater Myrtle Beach area are only a short drive away. The Myrtle Beach International Airport is located 13.8 miles from Kingston Plantation.

If you think big when you think you think plantation, you are right. This condo is in Kingston Plantation and everything you want is right here. The condo is huge, bright and airy. I can't wait to come back. IMS was so easy to work with.

Our group loves to getaway together whenever we can, and it was just a happy accident we found this lovely condo. All 5 of us ladies had the best and most enjoyable stay. Kingston Plantation felt safe and comfortable for us so, we never left the resort! It was prefect!
